In many cases, just like on adult diabetes, it could be really difficult to detect when your child has diabetes. However, there are some diabetes child symptoms that can be diagnosed. Diabetes is a condition where the blood glucose level is higher then normal. And when the condition left undetected it can lead to several serious damages to their condition. You have to know that the quality of your children life can be huge affected by the disease. So it is really crucial to be able to know the child diabetes symptoms.

One of the most detected diabetes child symptoms is frequent urination and extreme thirst. If a child has diabetes, the high glucose level makes them extremely thirsty. That’s why they drink for more to compensate this condition. With all of the excess water they are taking in, they will then have to use the bathroom even more. Another diabetes child symptom is blurred vision. However, most kids do not realize that their vision is blurry. Diabetes may cause the vision to become blurry, but it is not a constant thing. That is why, this may be a difficult symptom to recognize. Your children may also feel several numbness or tingling in their hands and feet. Again, your children may do not aware of this symptom or not understand exactly what is going on.

In a child who has diabetes, cuts and bruises may take some longer time to treat, than in a child who doesn’t has diabetes. In many cases, it is common to simply consider that your children has a “bad” cut and it is taking longer to heal.
